BALANCING PROCEDURE is performed according to the OE (Original Equipment) methodology of balancing in the production plants of turbocharger manufacturers (Garrett, KKK, Mitshubishi, Toyota, IHI, Holset etc.) in the following manner:

• SHAFT-AND-WHEEL in two correction plains
• COMPRESSOR WHEEL in two correction plains
• CONTROL MEASUREMENT of rotor assembly and its balancing in two correction plains if necessary

Along with the TURBO BALANCE LUX 2019 we deliver the imbalance correction grinder model: MIRACLE 2019. With this machine the balance correction is very efficient, simple and precise.
