Instrument functions
- VIBRATION MEASUREMENT (VIBRO)
This function is performed through methodology of measurements on individual machines as well as in routing method. According to pre-defined procedure, vibration measurement is taken on a greater number of machines and devices and obtained results are transferred to a PC. Software package "Routing Manager" provides for backup. By analyzing obtained results we observe differences and critical points in accordance with ISO 2372. - FREQUENCY ANALYSIS (FFT)
This function of instrument enables us to find out the cause of vibrations. Frequency analysis is a procedure of obtaining elementary components from a complex vibration signal. By using this method we can get general evaluation of machine condition and the possibility of identification of the cause of error. - IN-PLACE BALANCING (IPB)
Imbalance is the most common cause of engine troubles. IPB procedure advantages are:
- disassembling and transport of rotor is avoided
- working conditions of a machine are considered
- the procedure is effective and simple - MEASURING OF BEARING AND GEAR NOISE LEVEL (BNL)
By using this method of acceleration envelope, the level of damage in roller bearings and gears is efficiently detected. With this method, replacement of bearings in the context of predictive maintenance can be planned.
